2022 Birds On The Hill Rosé

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon with a slightly red hue, the extra colour coming from skin contact.  Strawberry and sweet spices with some rosewater and sweet lychee lift with a subtle earthiness on the palate.  A wine for any occasion.
