Matured in French oak for 24 months with natural yeast fermentation and minimal handling and unfiltered. Aromas of pepper, black plum, cherry and spice from French oak with notes of red plums, black cherries and secondary notes of plum and hoi sin sauce. A core of tannin on the palate and good length. Medium bodied shiraz typical of the Beechworth region
