2021 Serengale Merlot Cabernet

Matured in French oak for 24 months, with indigenous yeast hand crafted in the traditional method. A blend of 80% merlot and 20% cabernet. Plums, cinnamon and blackberries on the nose with loads of oak spice. Integrated tannins with red currants and blackberries with a chalkiness flowing through. A complex wine that will develop over the years.
